Urinate:

Never send your first urine sample for the test as it may contain most toxins. Urinate at least 2-3 times and then try to fill the cup for the sample.

Lower Down Physical Activities for Few Days Before The Test:

Exercising can increase the level of THC in the fat thereby increasing the risk of detection. So minimize your physical activities few days before the test.
