Cheapweed.ca has taken the community by storm with its exceptional marijuana at affordable prices (especially in bulk!). We have been diligently testing numerous strains from this online cannabis dispensary over the last few weeks and we will continue to report our findings over the coming months. Cheapweed.ca have one of the biggest selections of flower offered at any Quebec mail order marijuana (MOM) dispensary and all of it is AAA to AAAA in quality.
Moreover, the customer service provided was excellent; answering all questions to our satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe. We also had no issues with the level of service provided and wish all online cannabis dispensaries would answer questions this timely.
In addition, the package arrived professionally packaged with an impeccable taping job on the outer layer of the box. We removed the box to discover the strains packaged in a neat, self-contained, vacuum sealed bag. Each package containing the flower was then further divided in individually sealed ziplock, with very precise and computer printed labels, marking each strain’s name and the Cheapweed.ca logo.
Without further adieu, here is the OnlyGas review of Green Goblin, Purple Hashplant, $100 OG and Ice Wreck
Green Goblin (65 Sativa/35 Indica)
The first thing I noticed, as I took Cheapweed.ca’s Green Goblin out of the package; were the millions of tiny, white crystal trichomes that covered the nuggets. The trichomes were so voluminous in fact, that all of the medium and small buds from this sativa dominant hybrid strain appeared to be covered in a thick coating of fine powdered sugar.
Moreover, the nugs were a gorgeous olive, jade and sage greens, with an iridescent violet colouration; splashed beneath the bud, in a shifting undercurrent of colour. Green Goblin also had bright, pumpkin orange pistils, sporadically sprouting throughout the flowers.
Furthermore, this sativa dominant hybrid had a potent aroma after being ground up, consisting of a sweet earthiness, a spicy pine and a subtle hint of diesel.Green Goblin
When combusted, Green Goblin produced a thick and aromatic smoke; bringing together a seductive, spicy woodiness with a soft diesel flavour, as an faint undercurrent. There was also a spicy heat that remained as a subtle aftertaste. In addition, this strain also caused a moderate amount of dry mouth, have water nearby!
When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, the vapour was light, airy and had strong flavours of spicy, piney woodiness. There was also a slight, zesty tang of citrus that stayed centred on the back of my throat and gave a mild tingling spicy sensation; very unique to this Green Goblin strain.
Green Goblin from Cheapweeds.ca provided an energetic creativity; as well as, a euphoric, uplifted and focused mindset; all while having a deep sense of calm overcome me. Moreover, this exquisite hybrid helped me plan my day and then accomplish it, with time to spare.
Lastly, this potent sativa hybrid can be used to help treat a variety of symptoms and conditions, including (but not limited to): fatigue, migraines, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, mild pain, nausea, appetite loss, PTSD, ADHD, multiple sclerosis, chronic stress, depression, anxiety and/or other mood disorders (as directed).
Purple Hashplant (50 Sativa/50 Indica)
Purple Hashplant had exquisite, medium, bulbous-shaped bud that was an amalgamation of olive, laurel and sage greens; with rusty orange pistils and a generous coating of white crystal trichomes, that made the bud appear to have a powdered sugar coating, surrounding the bud like a shield.
Furthermore, Cheapweed.ca’s Purple Hashplant was a perfectly balanced indica/sativa ratio; producing a wide range of mind altering features, typical of both indica and sativa strains. The flowers also had a pungent, soft diesel fragrance, that made me wonder how the gorgeous bud was going to taste.Purple Hashplant
When combusted, this strain produced thick, slightly harsh smoke, that had a tannic flavouring, tasting strongly of an aged, oaky red wine. There was also a musky berry flavour as an undercurrent and a delicate herbaceous flavour, that lingered as a pleasant aftertaste. Be sure to have water or another beverage on hand; this strain produced strong dry mouth with combustion.
When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, Purple Hashplant produced an incredibly thick vapour that wafted around the room lazily; bringing an understated, musky spice into the air. Moreover, there was an exquisite flavour profile; consisting of a soft, herbaceous berry flavour, coupled with a subtle, seductive spice that excited my taste buds.
This perfectly balanced hybrid produced a relaxed, happy euphoria, that lasted a long time. However, Purple Hashplant also had a sedative quality; this strain would only be useful when taken at night, as we tried daytime usage and wouldn’t recommend it. Furthermore, this strain could be useful in social situations, as this hybrid induced a happy and talkative state of mind.
Purple Hashplant from Cheapweed.ca can be used to help treat a variety of symptoms and conditions, such as (but not limited to): fibromyalgia, appetite loss, insomnia, migraines, glaucoma, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, chronic stress, PTSD, inflammatory conditions, parkinson’s disease, depression, anxiety and/or other mood disorders (as directed).
$100 OG (50 Sativa/50 Indica)
Cheapweed.ca’s $100 OG is another perfectly balanced, 50/50 hybrid split, that delivered both sativa and indica characteristics, in one potent bud. The small nuggets were sage and olive greens, with rusty red pistils that were packed in between the buds.
Furthermore, there were a generous amount of daffodil-coloured, crystal trichomes, that covered every nook and cranny of the round nugs. $100 OG also had an incredibly sweet, diesel fragrance; that left me anticipating the session to come.$100 OG
When combusted, $100 OG was silky smooth and this strain easily seduced me into smoking more, just for the sheer pleasure of enjoying that perfect bong. The smoke was thick and rich, producing an aromatic cloud of smoke that filled the room with its woody and skunky fragrance. This is not the strain to smoke if you are looking for discretion, thank god for vaporizers!
Moreover, this strain had a delicate, piney nut flavour, that swept through my sinuses and left me breathless; however, the smoke was still incredibly smooth, a difficult balance to accomplish, but Cheapweed.ca’s $100 OG strain did it with ease.
When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, there was a refreshing, sinus-searing pine flavour, but underneath that layer there was a subtle; yet stunning; sweet berry flavour that remained as a substantial and sweet aftertaste. The vapour was thin, but full bodied, with such a robust flavour and thought the flavour to vapour ratio was perfect in this balanced hybrid.
$100 OG produced a mellow euphoria; as well as, a calming, talkative and let’s not forget the intense hunger! Save yourself my pain and have snacks handy for this potent monster hunger.
This strain can also be used by novices; with caution; as this robust strain will couch-lock and bed you before you even shut your eyes to rest. Experienced users will enjoy the social, talkative and creative sativa effects; however, they too can be lured to sleep by this seductive stalker strain.
$100 OG from Cheapweed.ca can also be used to help treat a number of symptoms and conditions, such as (but not limited to): nausea, migraines, glaucoma, insomnia, appetite loss, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory conditions, PTSD, Chronic stress, depression, anxiety and/or other mood disorders (as directed).
Ice Wreck (50 Sativa/50 Indica)
As I opened the ziplock from Cheapweed.ca, a delicate and soft, sweet herbal aroma came flooding towards my senses. Ice Wreck; a prodigy of the strains, Ice and Trainwreck, also had a faint fragrance of diesel; emanating from the beautiful, small nuggets.
Moreover, this balanced, 50/50 hybrid was a mixture of deep purples, olive and lime greens, with sporadic, dark ochre-coloured pistils; littered neatly throughout the nugs. Ice wreck also had a light dusting of fawn-coloured, crystal trichomes, that appeared to be painted on the surface of the delicate buds.Ice Wreck
When combusted, Ice Wreck produced thick, rich and fragrant clouds of nearly translucent smoke, that filled the room with a sweet and pungent aroma of that beautiful, dank flower. This flower would not be the strain to smoke if discretion is in order; be prepared to vape if need be.
Furthermore, the flavour of Ice Wreck was also potent and pungent; merging a harsh diesel flavour and transforming it into a more palatable inhalation. This transformation could only be possible with the addition of a musky, smoky earthiness and soft pine, that delicately interwove the robust flavours into a substantial hit, that I wouldn’t soon forget.
When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, the vapour was light, thin and airy; however, it contained a delightfully potent flavour profile that began as a refreshing burst of mint, followed by a spirited pine and sultry earthiness. This flavour combination tasted divine and lasted as a refreshing aftertaste, long after the pull. Moreover, the aroma was sharp and pungent; bringing together the fragrances of sharp pine and a musky woodiness that dissipated far too quickly, erasing all evidence of its presence.
Cheapweed.ca’s Ice Wreck lived up to its name! This balanced hybrid provided an immense high that included a full body stone progressing into fits of euphoria. After having a few hits of this strong strain, you may feel the need to lay down; or alternatively; you may just melt into the couch afflicted with an intense form of couch lock.
Moreover, Ice Wreck produced (in between the full body buzz and full sedation) relaxation, a happy and uplifted spirit and tingles throughout my entire body. Novices should be wary of this strain; especially in public, as this creeping high will come on fast, hard and can overwhelm inexperienced users.
Ice Wreck from Cheapweed.ca can be used to help treat a variety of symptoms and conditions, such as (but not limited to): insomnia, chronic pain, muscle spasms, fibromyalgia, inflammatory diseases, multiple sclerosis, glaucoma, migraines, nausea, chronic stress, depression, anxiety and/or other mood disorders (as directed).
